God speaks only to each one,

But the words, for everyone's life's beginning,

As a philosopher I am trained to analyze and interpret stories and thus language in a context in which they are written down. My interest was and still is in answering existential questions . To this end, within the world of philosophy I feel most attracted to the work of Martin Heidegger and Hannah Arendt. I am increasingly aware of the limits that language gives us, but at the same time also of the power and magic of words, when they are placed in a certain order or are brought with a new insight or feeling. I am always discovering in this and am inspired by the effects of yoga, meditation, breathing and hypnosis ; areas in which I also teach and inspire people to ' return to Life ', inspired by Joanna Macy's texts in: ' return to Life '; life wisdom that I and my wife Indy honor.. each in our own way.
The time we live in now invites us to look within and do shadow work ; in order to free our demons and make them our allies . Life also invites us to dream ; to become ' awake ' or ' lucid ' in our dream and to embark on the quest to get to know the increasingly tangible and present consciousness . That asks us to also wake up from the dream .
It is our individual task to align this inner journey with our actions in the outer world, and that requires both moral and physical courage. Training the life forces such as loving-kindness towards oneself, trust, and conscious gratitude is essential!

A beautiful insight that resonates with me is the following quote by Macy: "There is no battle between 'good' and 'evil,' because the line between good and evil runs through the landscape of every human heart. When you understand our fundamental connectedness with all that is—our deep ecology—then you know that everything that comes from a pure intention reverberates throughout the entire web of life, beyond what we could measure or perceive."

Returning to Life means, for me, bringing my talents to fruition and sharing the fruits with the world... to inspire you to also discover your talents, which nourish both you and the world, allowing them to grow and flourish.
